BBQ

We keep you in mind when preparing our BBQ ribs, chicken, and pulled pork. Our ribs and pork are cooked for hours over a low heat wood fire. Our chicken is cooked over a charcoal fire while it is basted with a vinegar base sauce. Our Ribs and Chicken are only available weekends from May through October. Other BBQ items are available year round on our Lunch and Dinner menu

The first five burgers listed are our speciality burgers - and you won't be disappointed. The Ulitmate Burger Basket and those below are available on a variety of patties. Our homemade burgers are made with our secret blend of seasonings, fresh, never frozen, and hand patted daily. Prices listed below are for half pound homemade burgers served with chips. If your really hungry try a one pound burger for $10.49. The half pound angus burgers, served in any of the styles listed below, are $7.99. And, when available, we also serve the burgers listed below on a bison patty for $10.29. Add fries to any burger for $1.50. Try one or try them all, you won't be disappointed.
