BBQ

We keep you in mind when preparing our BBQ ribs, chicken, and pulled pork. Our ribs and pork are cooked for hours over a low heat wood fire. Our chicken is cooked over a charcoal fire while it is basted with a vinegar base sauce. Our Ribs and Chicken are only available from May through October. It is possible to place orders for larger quantities during November through April. Other BBQ item are available year round.
